This was my first foray into modern quilting. This 20" square design is what you might be seeing as you look through a camera. The black and gray borders are echo machine quilting that resembles the insides of a camera lens. You'll notice that the innermost gray flaps are loose and not quilted. It is designed like this to easily showcase a photo or anything you'd like to put in this fun frame. The focal point are fused birthday banners on rick rack... Reminding me of all the birthday photos that should be placed inside this wall hanging! Easily made in one day with basic scraps in any well loved sewing room!
